Hi Donnie, we'd love to help with your pie crust woes. We're not exactly sure what you're describing: is the bottom crust actually floating up through the filling and rising to the top? We haven't ever experienced this for ourselves, but we'd be happy to troubleshoot if that is indeed what's happening.
