Hi, I made this cake for Thanksgiving and the taste was great, however I had the same problem with it collapsing as well. Cake was done and King Arthur flour was used. My question is....can the amount of flour be increased from 2-cups to 21/2 or 3 cups. And if so how much would the other ingredients need to be increased to accommodate this change. Just wondering if this would help with the shrinkage of the cake.
