I have made three of these perfect breads this week. My first was pesto filled. It was amazing and beautiful. Second I made the cinnamon which ran all over the parchment paper and tasted like almond filling and was so yummy. The third was a request from a parishioner who saw the pesto picture. She asked me to make one for church. Nutella filled and was a big hit at the St. JOSEPH celebration with the kids at Chuthat it makes such a beautiful coffee cake. I'm flying to Boston tomorrow with my yeast and dry milk and potato flakes to make a poppy seed one for my Hungarian friend. Now if i just get through TSA. Lol.
