Hi there, Janis! We're sorry to hear that you had a bit of trouble with your star bread! Flour will absorb ambient moisture in the air, so in humid, or wet, weather we'd recommend reducing the liquid by 10% to account for the extra moisture in the air. We hope this helps for future baking adventures!
