My loaf is in the oven and looked beautiful BUT the dough was so sticky that I had to shape it like a pizza into the circles and due to the excess moisture, the cinnamon sugar liquified during the final proof. Weighed everything and used KAF flour- it's raining so lots of moisture in the air. Should I have reduced the water or added more flour?
