Hi Jan! If you're going to do any of this ahead, you'll want to put the big bulk of dough in the fridge rather than the already shaped star. If it's shaped, it'll most likely overproof and then collapse which would be sad! Once you've mixed up your dough, give it a half hour of rising time on the counter, cover it with plastic wrap, and put it in the fridge until the next morning. It'll be chilly and a little stiff the next day but you should be able to shape it fairly soon after pulling it out. Happy baking! Annabelle@KAF
