Alas, the cinnamon-sugar filling will run out from between the layers of dough, and the dough itself will rise and puff in the oven, which will make cutting the points of the star difficult. You also won't get the same kind of oven-spring once the star finally goes into the oven. For best results, shape, bake, and serve this loaf the same day. Otherwise, shape and bake it, wrap in plastic overnight, and serve the next day. Kye@KAF
