I have made a several of these - all for gifts. One of them was in the shape of a tree, baked in your paper tree pan. I can't attach a picture here but will send it by email. I used a christmas tree cookie cutter to place on the center of the stacked (triangle shaped) dough to guide my slashes. After brushing with egg glaze I sprinkled on green sugar and snowflake sprinkles. On thinking about it there was one round star and two trees. I've yet to taste any. I'm trying to figure out a small version that I can keep for me!
