Thanks for the tip, I should have read it before making the pie crusts this year because it has been a huge challenge. Since we now have several in-laws who have gluten issues I always bake with Measure to Measure and have had roaring successes. PS: The Vietnamese Cinnamon is outstanding, it has now joined Speculaas and Yuletide Cheer as the top 3 on the spice shelf.
