I own many Bundt pans including the gingerbread cottage -and the small ones too! I’ve baked cakes in all those pans listed in the blog. The cake pan mixture of shortening oil and flour works well BUT I Always put the pan in the freezer for 10 min before applying the coating and before putting the batter in the pan. Success!
