I LOVE my fancy bundt cake pans - but I use a 50 year old recipe from Wilton called StepSaver - it never lets me down. It is equal parts vegetable oil, shortening and all purpose flour - whip it till fluffy - “paint” your pan generously. This stuff will keep in the fridge for weeks - I went to a hardware store and bought a natural bristle paint brush 1”
