I have a problem getting the cake out of my new original Bundt pan that was purchased to replace the old aluminum bundt pan that had seen it day but never had any problem with sticking. After the fifth bundt cake baked in the new pan stuck so bad again, I was about ready to give up and take a hammer to the new pan. Upon searching for an answer on KA, I am going to try baking a bundt cake one more time and use the methods suggested to see what becomes of the cake releasing from the pan. Didn't make sense to me that greasing and flouring an original style bundt pan could be so complicated to bake with. Wishing myself some luck on my next bundt cake journey.....
