Linda I bought that Nordic Anniversary pan too and am getting ready to throw it in the trash. I butter and flour the pan well and have had pound cake I've been making for 40 years stick every time in this pan. I even try to steam cake out of this pan and that doesn't work either. So, the issue might be with the Nordic Anniversary pan instead of this recipe. I found this blog by "Googling" the word Nordic.
