I bought several of your beautiful bundt pans, when we traveled to Vermont, from Ontario, this summer. Using the large ornate one is such a challenge! I used a pastry brush to oil every crevice and attempted to flour it. But it sure wouldn’t release. I’ll try one of your methods next time, but it’s annoying to have to go to those lengths. Also, very difficult to clean all the cake residue from each little crevice. I regretted the purchase of it, at a high cost, especially with Canadian $ exchange!
