Thank you, Monica! I have tried cooking spray or butter on a Chocolate Fudge Bundy Cake 3 times. The cake stuck and tore apart every time. I tried your Goop recipe this morning and NO sticking at all! Thank you; I can now feel comfortable making this recipe.
