Like others here, I use a pastry brush and slightly softened unsalted butter to coat the pan. When the pan comes out of the oven I gently nudge the top (technically the bottom) of cake away from the sides of the pan with my fingers. After cooling the appropriate time, I shake the cake (quite vigorously) back and forth. This really works! You can see and feel the cake release. I’ve never had a bundt cake stick!
