Thank you Annabelle, I will have a good deep cleaning of my pan later. I would like to know for the NW pans, after baking I cleaned and dried the pan , I was told to grease the pan with butter, is this a proper way? So for chiffon cake, should I grease it with butter and flour? shortening and flour? butter and sugar or shortening and sugar? I lived in Macau, I cannot find the Dawn Power Dissolver here, can I soak the pan in very hot water with baking soda? Thank you .
