I have had good luck with a greased non-stick pan, with about one tablespoon of sugar sprinkled in the pan and tilted so that all the surfaces are coated with sugar. Bake and let cool for about 15 minutes and then tip cake out onto cooling rack. Hope this helps. marge h.
