At this time, we hesitate to recommend trying to swap one of our flours for the other in our recipes, Lori. Without gluten, recipes really depend on each exact ingredient to achieve the desired result the recipe writer intended. Each of our gluten-free products is formulated a bit differently and while it may seem like you could, for instance, simply add xanthan gum to our Gluten-free all purpose flour to substitute for Measure for Measure flour, this is not the case and it will most often affect the texture the recipe negatively.
