Hi Maria, that's a tricky one! While you definitely don't want the autolyse to be too dry, I'm not sure how adding the tangzhong starter to your autolyse will affect the autolyse process. I would experiment with including the tangzhong starter in with the autolyse, and also consider whether you might need to up the hydration of your recipe a bit, as PJ recommends in this blog post about converting a recipe to include a tangzong starter. If you haven't already increased the hydration percentage in your recipe to 75%, this might allow your autolyse to be sufficiently hydrated, without including the tangzhong.
