Hi Jenny, no, it won't hurt to add the yeast/water and salt to the autolyse at the same time; it all gets mixed and kneaded together at that point anyway. A few years back Jeffrey Hamelman did some experiments here at KA to test if there were any ill effects to adding the yeast and salt to the dough at the same time and determined that this did not create any issues.
