Jenny September 17, 2022 at 2:00pm Ok - im autolysing the dough (100 g rye, 675 KA Bread flour) with 600 g water and dissolving yeast in 30 g water. I plan to mix the yeast/water into the autolyse and add salt at the same time. Is this nuts? Reply
