Hi...
This is such an useful article. I have been trying my hands on baking whole wheat bread for quite a long time with little success. Now I want to try autolyse method but I have a query if you can please address that? When should sugar/honey be added; along with flour and water or along with yeast and salt after autolyse has been completed?
