Ioanna October 8, 2020 at 5:33pm Are you using cold or lukewarm water for the autolysis? I used lukewarm water for my first sourdough bread and the mixing was easy but the dough watery. I decided to use room temperature water today, the dough is so stiff with crumbs. Thanks Reply
