Thanks so much for your kind words, Steve! And thank you for sharing your technique for incorporating your starters after the autolyse. I'm intrigued by your decision to include both a liquid and a stiff starter in your bread recipe. I've been thinking about trying this myself, and would love to hear how you think this impacts your final results. Barb
