Donna Coats December 12, 2018 at 7:49am I'm fairly new at sourdough baking and don't understand all the language involved...what is 'liquid preferrment'? I use what I think is 100% starter...I mix it 4-4-4, is that 100%? If I autolyse do I add my starter with the flour and water? Reply
