Hi Victoria, thanks for joining in the discussion. When it comes to replacing eggs, we love using Golden Flax Meal blended with water. (1 tablespoon of flax + 3 tablespoons of water = 1 egg.) It works like a charm in most recipes! The only cases where you'll need to use caution is when baking gluten-free recipes, recipes that use more than 2 or 3 eggs, recipes that whip the eggs or use just the whites or yolks.
