Hang in there, Eileen! Baking gluten-free and dairy-free can be a challenge, but we have bakers like you in mind when we do our testing. We'll be sure to include more gluten-free and dairy-free versions of our tests when we explore the other common types of baking in future posts, just to ensure we're providing tips that will give you, a gluten-free baker, great results too.
