I love you guys and I love your products and God knows I love me a good apple pie but your success picture at the bottom with the Macintosh apples to me looks like an undercooked pie. Those McIntosh still have most of their shape and it looks like your crust is still moist and Pasty. I wonder what it would look like if it stayed in the oven for another 15 minutes.
