This was my first try at GF baking and they turned out so well. After reading the recipe comments, I decided to try and mix of chopped white chocolate and milk chocolate chips to sweeten them up and they’re perfect. For that reason, I didn’t make the glaze because I didn’t want them to be overly sweet. The texture is very tender, almost cake-like. These cookies don’t spread much, just a little. I would start checking them at 15 minutes as 18 seemed a hair too long. I can’t wait to share them with my GF coworker, I hope she enjoys them!
