I tried this recipe with much success it was very good the cookies are delicious I especially love the hint of orange that brightens the flavor. I wanted to ask though the bottoms of the cookies were a little bit more firm than the rest of the cookie, ordering chewy. also my cookies didn’t flatten they stayed in the round ball shape… Can you give me a tip for this? I followed the directions exactly for the gluten-free option- THANKS! this is a definite keeper💕
