This recipe should make about 5 dozen cookies, depending on size. If your cookies didn't flatten, it may mean that you used a bit too much flour. Try measuring your flour using a scale or fluff and sprinkle it into the measuring cup like this. Also, try pressing down the dough balls slightly before baking to encourage more spreading.
