Hi Ali, if you're baking on an disposable aluminum sheet tray the baking time will be about the same, but you may want to check a little early and then reset the timer from there. If you're planning to bake this recipe in disposable loaf pans this makes things a bit more tricky, since the dough will be more compacted in a loaf pan and won't bake the same way. I would check out our Apple Pie Babka recipe for a similar recipe that is baked in a 9" X 5" loaf pan for a better idea of baking time. If you're baking two smaller loaves, baking time will likely be shorter, so check early and reset the timer from there.
