The recipe calls for 1/4 cup of potato flour. or 1/2 c. potato flakes. Neither in my cupboard. In lieu of a trip to the store, could I substitute one of the following: bread flour, potato starch, rice flour, garbanzo and fava flour, sorghum flour, barley flour?
