Hi Penny! If you were to twist all four strands together to make one larger loaf, it would be fairly big loaf. The bake time would probably be about 45 to 55 minutes, and you'll probably want to tent the loaf with some foil to prevent it from over-browning. You're welcome to add a tangzhong starter using the tips from our How to convert a bread recipe to tangzhong blog article, but we find that this bread is wonderfully soft with just the potato flour.
