Hi there, Tina! We worry that by the time it arrives to its destination, it'll be fairly dry. If you'd like to give it a try, we think the best route would be to bake the loaf through but not until it's fully browned, freeze it and then ship it overnight or 2-day in dry ice to your family. Then when it arrives, they can pop it in a 350°F oven to finish browning and add the glaze (if desired). Best of luck and happy baking!
