I made this today, after being tempted since September when it first appeared on Facebook. Totally wonderful! I used mashed potatoes and used part of the milk in the recipe to aid in mashing. The dough was fabulous to work with. I did the kneading by hand. I think the next time, and there will be a next time, I will make more filling. Thanks for such a great recipe. Very delicious! I may even try making rolls. This is the yummiest dough ever.
