Hi Isabel. What a delicious recipe! Most jumbo muffins will weigh in anywhere between 4 to 6 ounces (113 grams to 170 grams). We would recommend starting there, paying attention to the level of the batter in each well. You won't want to fill the well up more than 3/4 of the way full. You may end up with extra batter left over, so you can simply bake the batter in two rounds if you only have one pan. Happy Baking!
