HI! (question)
I will be making these this weekend, using a jumbo 6 cup muffin pan.
I don't own scoopers, but how many grams in each cup would you recommend using to get a nice height and presentation on them?
The muffin pan cups are 2.5" high and 3.5" across diameter or so.
