I made these and they were absolutely delicious, will definitely make them again! Just a question out of curiosity…after mixing in the eggs, is there any reason you added the baking powder+salt+vanilla, and then added in the flour alternated with milk? Why not sift the dry ingredients together and then alternate them with the milk? Thanks for your time!
