I made the muffins recipe using Splenda blend sugar and use 1/2 cup. They were delicious with no artificial aftertaste! I highly recommend trying it!
I also subbed out 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour because I only had 1 c white flour, they were very tender and delicious! Thanks for such a great recipe!
