Hi Nina! Since, as this article mentions, honey is sweeter than sugar, and maple syrup is as sweet as sugar, if you wanted to keep the sweetness level the same, you could increase the amount by 25%. But since it's usually a fairly small amount, you could just do a 1:1 swap and it would be just fine.
