The words "this series" was underlined as the link, but didn't take me to anything regarding baking. Still interested in finding the article if possible. The article to and beyond that point was truly helpful! I am substituting 6T honey for 6T sugar in the KAF Amish Potato Bread recipe which I double, using the blended dry ingredients, then the liquid at 120-130 degrees. With 6T amount would I even need to make an adjustment?
