I want to substitute honey for molasses in my muffin recipes, and I know that it can be substituted one for one (measure wise). But I also know that honey is sweeter than molasses and I don't want the added "sweeter" taste. If I decrease the amount of honey, do I have to add something to make up for the decrease in liquid? Great article!
