Bread doesn't split at the score even with a new razor blade. I live in north Florida and most of my bread dough is sticky so I'm wondering if I just need to add more flour. The breads are wonderful and tasty, but pumpernickel bread etc. needs a cut to expand properly. If I'm missing something, I'd love to find what that is. Thank you so much.
