I used a 9x13 pan and it came out perfect. I realize this recipe is for a flatbread focaccia, but I preferred the smaller quantity of yeast and the overnight starter of this recipe compared to the no fuss focaccia. I used my sourdough starter to build the overnight starter. This recipe all has a smaller overall dough size than the no fuss recipe, which made the height of this focaccia perfect in the 9x13 pan.
