The flavor of the focaccia was good but I feel like over all this recipe lacked the detail that you normally get from king Arthur recipes which would have gone a long way. Do you add the ingredients in any particular order? Do you turn the dough out onto a floured surface? How much our little should there dough be handled? Does it matter what side of the dough goes up? Mine doubled in size after the first rise but certainly not enough for 3 loaves/pieces. I'll try the recipe a few different ways to see if it can get more the consistency in looking for.
