Hi there, Marilyn! If you swap in Bread Flour the bread will be a little chewier and a bit dense. You'll also want to increase the liquid by 2 teaspoons per cup of bread flour that you use, as the flour will absorb more liquid. Happy Baking! Morgan@KAF
