That sounds interesting, Christine! Feel free to just use our base Scone recipe and use gooseberries and/or elderflowers for the 1 to 2 cups of mix-in's the recipe calls for. Gooseberries, whole or sliced, have a pretty savory flavor so they would be lovely with a little dab of jam on top! Annabelle@KAF
