I reduce sugar by 50% in everything, and yes, my cookies are little mounds of goodness, not flat. I sometimes remove sugar completely. (Pancakes) I have tried applesauce etc. For me the choice was either to eat less goodies or find a way to make them healthier. Looking forward to reading the rest of the article.
